Alexandra Parfitt

Alexandra Parfitt has a broad teaching background and enjoys helping students excel. She received a full academic scholarship to the University of Chicago, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a double major in Comparative Literature and Germanic Studies. She completed a PhD in Comparative Literature at Yale University, during which she received a scholarship to study at École Normale Supérieure as a pensionnaire étrangère. Endlessly curious, she is now pursuing a master’s in applied statistics to join the data revolution. With five years of full-time teaching experience, she has taught French and writing at Yale, The Hill School, and Villanova. She is married and lives in Ardmore with her husband and their young daughter.
