Maura Briscoe, a dedicated School Counselor based in the Philadelphia area, brings a wealth of experience in guiding students from kindergarten through high school. With a strong educational background from both Temple University and Villanova University's Graduate School of Education and Counseling, Maura's commitment to student success is evident.

Passionate about empowering students to become self-advocates and equipping them with practical skills for the future, Maura recognizes the unique challenges students face today, both inside and outside the classroom. Her approach focuses on cultivating confidence through teaching essential skills such as time management, organization, and effective communication. Maura offers personalized support to help students navigate the academic landscape with confidence. By working collaboratively with students, parents, and teachers, she creates tailored plans to break down daunting tasks into manageable steps. Weekly sessions include proactive planning for upcoming assignments and assessments, reinforcing effective study habits, and addressing any academic or emotional challenges that may arise.

Kristen Clair, MSS, LSW, is a PA Licensed Social Worker with a passion for helping students develop strong studying and communication skills. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Franklin and Marshall College and a Masters of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College, where she specialized in clinical social work and school social work. 

As a school social worker with business experience, Kristen knows the importance of strong executive functioning skills in all areas of academic and professional life. Skills such as time management, self-advocacy, and organization strategies will take a child from the classroom through the full spectrum of their career. Developing these skills also helps students build confidence in themselves and their abilities. Kristen provides a personalized approach to aid students in developing these essential skills, collaborating with parents and outside professionals when necessary to help students achieve their goals.
