We are posting this message to let you know that our staff has been hard at work implementing a strategic approach to keeping our facility as clean as possible, while offering convenient alternatives for those who would prefer to work from home. Our offices are still open for tutoring.
Mandatory Sanitary Practices
While we always strive to have a sanitary environment, it’s imperative now more than ever that we optimize the health and safety of our students, families, and staff. We have implemented the following mandatory rules at both of our locations:
(1) Every hour on the hour the front desk is required to disinfect: ALL door handles in the facility, bathroom faucets, and tables in the lobby.
(2) Between sessions, tutors are required to disinfect any tables, chairs, and doorknobs in their classroom.
(3) We encourage students to wash hands before and after each session.
Online Tutoring Practices
If you or a family member/friend have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, we respectfully ask that you go through the recommended procedures by your health professional and stay home during your scheduled sessions. Many of you have been currently utilizing virtual tutoring, one of the platforms we will be using is our Online Lesson Space. Tutors are prepared to meet any and all students via this virtual classroom and provide equally productive tutoring. We will provide homework, tests and worksheets electronically.
