Daniel graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He has three years of experience tutoring mathematics and standardized test preparation, working with students across a wide range of academic levels and learning needs.
Daniel’s passion for mathematics and test-taking began during his own school years, when he participated in competitive mathematics exams, including the AMC and AIME, as well as training for the SAT. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of effective test-taking strategies and the student perspective. His teaching approach combines efficient problem-solving techniques with a strong foundation in essential math and English concepts, helping students develop the confidence and flexibility to tackle unfamiliar questions.
Daniel believes in making learning engaging, approachable, and relevant. He emphasizes real-world applications, encourages curiosity, and connects with students on a personal level to make challenging concepts more accessible and enjoyable.
Outside of teaching, Daniel enjoys drawing and developing his skills as a digital artist, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with his small dog and large cat.
