SAT Core Class

Learn the most prominent techniques for the SAT.

Focused SAT Preparation in a Small-Group Setting

For rising 10th–12th grade students preparing for the August, September, October, and future SAT administrations.

Sessions offered in Bryn Mawr and Chestnut Hill.

The SAT Core Class is designed for students who want structured preparation in a small-group environment leading up to an official SAT test date. The course focuses on the most frequently tested SAT question types and the core strategies needed to approach them effectively.

What the Course Includes

• 20 hours of live instruction covering key SAT Math and Reading & Writing strategies

• 8 digital practice tests with detailed score reports and performance tracking

• 20 hours of structured online homework reinforcing strategies taught in class

• Small-group instruction (4–6 students per group) to ensure focused attention

• Session recordings available if a class is missed

Completion of a Digital Diagnostic SAT is required prior to the first class.

Total Academic Commitment

Students complete approximately 50 hours of structured SAT preparation through live instruction, practice testing, and guided homework.

By the end of the program, students will have developed a strong foundation in SAT strategy and should plan to take the official SAT exam following the course.

Many students take the SAT more than once, and the Core Class is designed to prepare students effectively for an upcoming test date while establishing a strong foundation for continued improvement if needed.

Students who wish to continue improving their scores for subsequent test dates may transition into individual tutoring for more targeted preparation.
